24' Vashon Diesel Cruiser
I spent several weekends with my wife repairing, replacing, and adjusting on my Vashon. :thumb:

1) Inside helm pump (Wagner 701) sent off for rebuilding
2) Outside helm (Seafirst) seal replaced
3) New wheel installed
4) Heat exchanger replaced
5) Touched up the interior with Pettit Shipendec Gloss White
6) Custom wheel house carpet with Vashon Boat Works logo
7) New Todd seat cushions

We are planning a nice trip to Caledesi Island in Dunedin. I am looking forward to stretching Sherpa's legs.

Thank you! She is Awlgripped from top to bottom. I had the mat custom-made by Mad Hatters Mats at https://madmatter.com It wasn't cheap, but it is extremely durable. I have the measurements if you want them--just let me know.

I'm curious about your Wagner helm pump rebuilt. I bought two rebuild kits, but I haven't priced out just buying rebuilt pumps or sending them out. Who did it and how much?

Jumping in here. Skagit Hydraulics rebuilt two helm pumps and the ram. All Hynautics. They also rebuilt the autopilot pump, an ancient Wesmar. Total bill was $500. A bit of a drive from Port Orchard. There are probably hydraulic shops near you that can do the work.
