Bess, Pictures are great.* I looks like a very nice weekend.* Beaufort is always a good stop for a couple of days.* Some of the same boats may have been in Hampton, VA for the Black Beard Festival in '07.* We cleared out before the debauchery startec.

We like to sit up on the flybridge and watch the debauchery...close enough to feel like a part of it...but still in our own little world.* :)

Beaufort is just so beautiful....it's a great stop, even though very pricey.* There's a couple new wine and beer shops right on the waterfront, so you don't have to borrow a car to get to the store for refreshments.

oh my gosh I have great memories of hanging out in Beaufort during my time off the summer I worked at Camp Seafarer in Arapahoe.* Someday I hope to visit there by boat!* love the photos, thanks for sharing Bess.

You are most Welcome!!* Tom went to Seagull, his Sister went to Seafarer.* As we were coming home up the Neuse the Catamaran Seadragon called a securite on the radio, he had 18 small sailboats in tow going from the mought of Adam's Creek *to one of the camps on the Neuse.* Towndock.net had a picture on their front page.* It was very cute...go look!*

Plenty more have followed in his footsteps. Funny too that I recognize most all of the others as being there this year too.
