Exchange boat for house in active retirement community

Myself, Bill and wife Janet would consider exchanging our Estero home with your boat for a month. Estero is in Southwest Florida on the gulf coast. Our upscale gated community has eight tennis courts, eight pickle ball courts, 27 holes of par 71 golf, driving range, practice facility, clubhouse with two restaurants, six swimming pools, six hot tubs and four bocce courts. We currently own three boats, two fishing boats and an express cruiser up north. We have all our boating certificates and have travelled the great lakes extensively over the past 20 years. Both our interests will be protected with insurance policies. If you would like to take a little time off your boat we would be happy to try to find a mutually convenient arrangement. Thanks
