Upgrading Flybridge...

So...would like to dampen down all the stark "white-ness" of the flybridge. Specifically the floor and the 2 counters to the left and right of the controls.

The usual suspect for the floor would be a teak grate. Heavy and expensive. Any alternate suggestions?

Likewise for the counters. Would like a non-permanent cover that is non-skid, easy to remove and clean and aesthetically pleasing. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Medium grey paint. (I) Don't have a flybridge, but used the color on the decks and straw-color on the forward cabin top to reduce strong light reflections.

How about rubber mats of some kind? 3M Treadmaster is a rubber decking material that's available in many colors. Has kind of a diamond pattern in it. There's also fake teak decking that goes on like linoleum flooring. Thin, light, and inexpensive (relative to real teak).
