Passsage Log/Trip Entry Template ?

Hello,


I was wondering if anyone might has made a custom log sheet in Word or Excel in a format that might could be shared.


I think its a good idea, as far as pre-planning a trip/passage, even if its just an ICW 50 mile day or so.


I normally have a Plan A and a plan B just to be safe but thought if I pre filled out a trip sheet to have on hand, per day might help out some with times, phone numbers caution areas, etc.

I have one that I used for recording a passage. It is not setup at all for "preplanning" like you describe. If you want a copy anyway, send me a PM with your email. However, it would require an almost total "redo" to be used for preplanning purposes?
