Paint for outside window trim?

What's a good paint for the outside of my window trims? They are black and some are chipping. Can I use the same paint for rubber and hard plastic??


Its a Camano 31.

I owned a 2002 Camano 31 for about 4 years they are a fine boat!
On mine the powder coat on some parts of the window frames bubbled up and paint loosened but the frames were Aluminum. I sanded and cleaned the aluminum, primed with Al. primer then painted with black Rustoleum. It held up fine for the time I owned the boat. That was abut 10 years ago there may be new better products now. I need to do some frames on my Monk 36 now so I'll keep an eye on this thread for suggestions.
