Accumulator pressure

I have the small Jabsco accumulator tank next to my FW pump. It doesn't appear to have any pressure in it. It has a bicycle type connector on the end. WHAT PRESSURE SHOULD BE IN IT and can I use a bicycle pump to pump up the pressure. Thanks for any responses. HAPPY BOATING.

The Jabsco website says it is precharge at 10 PSI with no pressure in the water system.........

Typically an accumulator is set to a couple of pounds below the cut-in pressure of the pump.
