Flo Scan Dampner

I am finally getting around to changing the fuel hoses on my 6V92s. While I am doing this the dampners both emptied. Is it something I should change? NO issues right now. Don't know if I had an issue what it would be?

The dampers fill when you next start the engine.

They look like baby accumulators. Is there a gas charge in there with a bladder, or just an air bubble (mounted golf ball 'up')?

Nothing needs to be done. I asked the question a couple years ago when we installed a new Flowscan system. The manufacturer said there was nothing to maintain other then to make sure there were no leaks.

Floscan is out of business.

If you need parts, you’re out of luck.

When My floscans have an issue they will be removed.
