ER Hatch hinges

I'm thinking about redoing my floor hatches. Changing my two 2 piece hatches on each side of my engine to a 1 piece hatch with hidden hinges and gas struts. Need a source for hidden hinges and maybe a tutorial on installation. Never done this before. My hatches are framed in 2X4s and the floor is 3/4 ply on 2X4 supports. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

These guys have all sorts of hinges and other marine special hardware. Probably if you call them they will try to help you out.
