Autopilot

Looking into installing a new autopilot on our boat. I've always had Raymarine products and hope to buy theirs. Not sure which to look at but have been looking at the EV-100 and the EV-200. Not sure which would be a better fit. The boats a 34' single engine trawler weighing around 18-20 thousand. Would the 100 work or should I go heavy duty with the 200 ?

in my experience...it is not 90 percent of the system...it is just the hydraulic pump and whether it easily handles the volume of your steering ram.

if oversizing, there is my suggestion...but no need to go crazy....
