Webasto manuals... Ugh!

For crying out loud, this is 2017!
This is the manual for the Webasto air conditioning controller supplied in our new American Tug.
Read the "Mode Setting" section, does this make sense to anyone?

I have been frustrated by things Wabasto as well.
But my experience has been that once you get it sorted out the Wabasto product will deliver excellenct service.

Wait till you start using it. I have three 12K btu units in my boat. They work well, but..... The thermostat operates in Celsius and will display in Fahrenheit. English translation, on some settings, I can have an 8 degree Fahrenheit temperature swing. One of my units needs a hard start capacitor. Will start fine on shore power, but the compressor starting load will trip the main breaker if the other AC unit is running.

Keeping my fingers crossed.

Ted

Bruce, maybe I am just as illiterate as the writer, but it made sense to me.
