St. Croix Davit system

Hello Trawler friends! Here's my next dilemma. The PO had a St. Croix Davit system installed. The brackets are still on the boat and I have a few rods and other support structures in my lazarette. I can't for the life of me figure out how to set it up. I tried looking on google to see if I could find some directions, but it seems their site is down. I think what I have is a Tip up System. Any advice would be very much appreciated.

There is an old post here on TF that has pictures & discussed this system that I saw late one night.

Digging that one up may help.
