Boarding ladder

We are getting older. That means we can no longer leap from tri cabin deck to dock. The dinghy precludes using the swim platform all the time so Can any one recommend a ladder that can be securely attached to the side, have extended handles, and steps wider than a metal tube. Maybe three steps? This will make the wives very happy. If they are happy,we're happy.

Marquipt makes what you are looking for. We had both the ladder and the articulating stairs on our boat; very handy as it was easy to deploy the ladder from the boat if no one was at the dock.
