Not to my knowledge but some of the old Mainship 40’s from the 80's had a day head just inside the cabin from the cockpit.

Howdy~ were any single screw Mainship 390/350 made with 2 heads?

No, there is not really space for a second head. Even the 43; 45 & 479 models only came with a single head.

The 430 (Aft Cabin) has a master ensuite along with a guest/day head.

Actually, our 430 aft cabin has two complete heads, with a shower in each one.

No. And neither does the Mainship 400 trawler. I came VERY close to buying a 400 trawler but I couldn't justify the big cockpit when I don't fish. Also as a liveboard I didn't like the smaller guest cabin so close to the master. I decided on an aft cabin setup and now have 2 heads.

Now, the 430 Mainship is a totally different design. Very good layout for a live aboard IMHO. BUT its considerably more coin. Lol.

The 390/400 are great boats though. I was impressed with them but they didn't check all my boxes.

Heads eat up a lot of interior space. I would not want two heads on a 39 footer unless an aft-cabin type layout.
