Fall on the fraser River

Just few pics of the past few months on the River. Winter just around the corner so I am looking forward to more little boat trips. You just have to love mustang survival < aka cruiser suit >

Wonderful pics OFB. I was one of tge first few boats at Captain's Cove Marina in the early 70s.

How much further up the river are you?

Looks like a great fire. How did you fare in the cold spell? Temps must have been in the neighborhood of 0 degrees F. You had a week or two of that cold wind I know.

Eric I am located on the Middle arm beside YVR. Not far about 7 miles down the North arm to the strait or about three down the Middle arm but there is no nav channel at the end of the middle arm. Just the float plane terminal and hovercraft base.

Yup it was cold for a week or so. It warmed just as ice started to flow. Staying warm on the boat is old hat for us just another winter. Not like Alaska so I am sure you love the " south" for that any way.
