Will be taking my boat up to the San Juans from Portland and have heard there is a “guy” who is the go to for weather. Ring a bell for anyone and do you have the resource?

Can't tell you who the "guy" is but I can tell you weather in the summer in that area is pretty benign. If your death is caused by weather its most likely going to be in late October to March.
