Blue Dolphin Marina Seabrook TX

Any info on this marina? $345 month for a 45' covered slip. Pros and cons? The marina looks pretty basic from the website but I have not been there personally to inspect it yet.

My son is going to UH this year and I thought it would be nice to have the boat there for when we visit.

Thanks!

Yes it is pretty basic. Has laundry and showers but no pool or gym (when I was there last). Nice at the price though!

The only other covered slip I called on was Seabrook Shipyard and it was $800 month if I signed a year lease. 😳

Any other covered options? I'm spoiled with my current covered slip. I hate leaving the boat out in the sun 24-7!

345? really? which pier.

Im paying 550 for a 45 slip. But its a tall roofed one with patio areas (pier 4), some piers have low roofs and no patio (and that sucks for the typical dock mate visiting that occur daily).

Even at 550 I wouldnt go anywhere else. 1 year and countin.

I think she said pier 3? It must be the crappy ones, unless I heard her wrong.

Slip number 343 I think? I have CRS obviously.
