On the water in San Diego Bay...

Some photos we took yesterday during a predicted log contest. Note the size of those anchors on the work boat...

On the water in San Diego Bay...

Who would want to boat in San Diego?
Nice weather year round, no dew point problems in the summer, no hurricanes, off shore islands to travel around.
Where's the hardships and sacrifices that normally go with boating⁉️
😎

They make up for it with Cali's unconscionable tax structure.

Although we don't have the quiet water destinations the PNW, Delta & ICW have, we do have a pretty spectacular off shore environment! (And what I think is America's best harbor!)
