Tug capsizes and sinks in Vancouver Harbour

Heard the mayday at 6:00 pm from a capsized tug near the main street docks. Two crew in the water happily rescued very quickly as so many other boats around. A later call reported the tug sunk and still attached to the barge.
Anybody hear what happened?

It looks like it had a happy ending except for the tug.
