Are there Island Gypsy get togethers?

I've only had my IG for two months and am relatively new to Trawler Forum.

I have to ask: Are there any IG trawler get togethers in the USA? I live near Vero Beach, FL and would like the opportunity to check out other IG's in my area. Is it common to have an event like this? If so, is there a forum that has listings of those meetings?

I don't think there are any formal rendezvous set up for IG owners. I have run an Island Gypsy Yahoo Groups site for IG for about 5 years and there are currently 82 members. Perhaps if you were to reach out to the group, there may be others in your area who would be interested in getting together.
