Actively selling our boat. Problem is we are 10 hrs from it so showing it is proving difficult.
I know your gonna say broker, but it’s like a realtor selling my house they don’t know anything of our house other than what I have told them. So I am reluctant to go that way.
Probably gonna strike a deal with a yard guy for cash to show her until the purchaser seems serious. He has seen every end of her and even has been on her once or twice. Lol thought that was funny..
Question is I have a current survey, do you give it out freely?
Or wait until the deal gets more serious?
What point would you call serious? Every thing I personally have bought there is a different turning point or need of the seller.
