Hi everyone:

1987 CHB 42' Ponderosa Tri-Cabin
US$ 77,000*

I would love to share my survey with anyone that has knowledge of surveys. I'd also share my two my hull repair estimates as well, ($13,000 best case to 20,000 worst case scenario).

I don't want to take up a lot of people's time so I'll just bug the first few people that have fun with things like this, (if any).

I DO PLAN to ask for the highest estimate on the hull repair off NO MATTER WHAT, ($20,000 off the $77,000 price). PERIOD NO DISCUSSION.

I Though need someone to review my survey.

I assume I'd contact you with a personal email and I'll send a few people my survey. I'm not sure if this is usual practice, but would appreciate it. Maybe someone's bored and enjoy this kind of stuff?

I guess we can also assume that the owner will tell me to shove it when I demand $20,000 right off the top. Huh?

I would be happy to look the survey over and give you my opinion, assuming you know you are getting what you paid for the opinion... I will PM you my email.

Asking $20,000 off the asking price is a pretty big chunk but you have the paperwork to justify it. There is a good chance that if the blisters were never made known the first offer would perhaps be $20,000 of the asking anyway.

Just saw your other posts. That boat won’t sink in your lifetime, but it will be harder to sell. $77K sounds like an awful lot. I’d ask for a massive discount.... if you get it, don’t chase It.

I wouldn't put a lot of effort into trying to keep this guy from drowning. His post about borrowing $$$ and defaulting on the insurance required by the lender did it for me. He wants to be a loser and is well on his way to being one. Sorry guys... I have NO sympathy for this guy.

You are in good hands with Comodave. Hold off forming any hard and fast intentions until you exchange thoughts. Don`t assume anything about the owners response until you have it.
I am wondering if Mrs. DH might rethink her position on the new Ducati.:)

Until this latest of yours I've never used the ignore option.
