Stuart FL - Good Surveyor and Cummins Tech?

The admiral and I will be looking at a boat in Stuart Florida in mid-December that we may make an offer on. Can anyone recommend a good surveyor in that area? Also looking for a good Cummins diesel mechanic. Thanks.
