stern line reels

I'm looking for ideas on types of reels and mounting locations. I just picked up 300' of 1/2 in. poly. Lightly used for $45.00, but the reel that it is on now is not usable.

We keep our stern line on a portable plastic hose reel from Home Depot or somewhere like that. That way we can move it around on the boat or take if off the boat if we're not going to need a stern line for awhile. My wife made a Sunbrella cover for it to protect the reel from UV deterioration.

I keep mine on the spool it came on. Put a mop handle through the spool to deploy quickly. Put a knob on the spool to reel in quickly. Breaks down and stows away. No extra parts to carry.
