I have twin Volvo Penta TAMD 40 B engines. Does anyone know where I can find steel injector lines? Anyway to repair lines?

I had two steel injector lines fail in 3 years on a "bulletproof" Ford Lehman....as some TFers describe them.
I would guess some repairs are possible by a good welder...if not, try a hydraulic repair shop to make up an identical line or suffer through buying OEM.

Jerk-pump injector lines (like on the Ford and older Volvos) are actually in real tough spot when it comes to fatigue failure. Not a trivial challenge making them. It is some dang high quality steel and some are even two layers. Length of each is equal, which is why they have some weird shapes. If you have one fail (and it does happen), you really need to get the factory replacement. And if it came with clamps with rubber between lines, do not ignore them, they are vibration dampers and a critical part of limiting cyclic stress. The bends cause flexing due to the Bourdon effect and the dampers are placed to minimize that.

Any shop that rebuilds injectors or injector pumps should be able to make them. Depending on where the leak is, a good tig welder can weld them. Brazing, etc., doesn't work because of the high pressure. Maybe silver soldiering with a high (expensive) silver concentration.
I've repaired tubes with tig welding. They crack because of stress. To relieve the stress the crack has to be drilled on each end, then the crack v'ed out. Not easy on a small tube.
