Search for overboard crewmember

Anyone on the upper Miss. between lock and dam 19 and 20 be on the look out for a lost crew member. Fell off of a tow in the upper pool of lock 19. They found his work vest.

When did this happen, a deckhand fell off a Marquette tow last week near the 346 mm, they found a vest but didn't know if it was his or not. If this is a 2nd one hope he is luckier than last weeks deckhand.
