So once again the question becomes is the voyage or the destination the goal.

As a long time sailor and displacement power boat sailor , and now with a couple of seasons with a 20K cruiser ,

My choice is for a great voyage , with the ability to anchor independiantly for a week or more is far more important than racing to a marina power pole.

Your boat use DESIREMENTS are key to your boat choice.
