Saw him in Ketchikan a few weeks ago, but we couldn't connect.

Richard and his family are safely settled in Wrangell. We spent a lovely evening with them in Ketchikan last month. Neat people and it was great to hook up with the legend.

Yes he is in Wrangell settled in for the winter when I left there last Saturday.

Yes, Richard is a bit of an adventurer. Penultimate cruisers do tend to test the waters. But, FL and the Caribbean islands have their challenges too.
