This is awesome. Finally a realistic, honest and quite tidy for sale ad with actual real world numbers. No sugar coating. Well done. I suspect that 8m euro refit price is way overpriced though. Get it to Turkey or Asia and probably cut that number in half.

If you could spend the money, and not miss it, that would be a really cool thing to do, and a really nice yacht to have when it was finished.

We had an older Burger yacht in our marina for a while that was in really good shape, and it really made all the newer boats around it look like plastic facsimiles of yachts.

In order to maintain "heritage" status, how much would Feadship need to be involved and how much system updating would be permitted?
