Talked with a friend last night from Clearwater who is an avid fisherman, life long on the water in the area.

He said that local reports were that the Red Tide was about 10 miles out from that area, but to date had not moved up to the coast.

No interaction with coastal nutrients, yet it still formed?

The challenge I have with a lot of theories is the lack of understanding of the difference between correlation and causality.

Correlation does not provide causality.
