Saw an ad with the following copy:

"She is located in a work yard, where you can live aboard while you work on her. Everything you need is there--the boat, the facilities, a home, and access to the knowledge of many sailors and boaters and experts in all things marine. This isn't just the opportunity to buy a boat--it's the opportunity to step into a unique subculture where working on old boats is what holds the community together."

Translation: "You are going to be working on this boat for years, and years, and YEARS!"

Greetings,
Mr. d. I'm surprised it didn't add "ready for the loop, No low ballers. I know what I have." or "Own a piece of history". Sounds like a ready made divorce kit.

Sounds like the Glades Boatyard on the Okeechobee waterway.

I was thinking Port Townsend, WA until I saw where the OP was out of.

I honestly feel like this sentence can be applied to almost ANY boat or any marina.
