Raft rub-rail re-attachment

Have a Hypalon raft that is 14 years old, very good shape except for the rubber rub-rail (for lack of a better word), now the rub-rail appears to be more of a rubber, PVC? So now what should I use to re-attach it, Hypalon or PVC or other? Check defenders catalog and there doesn't seem to be anything exactly for that.
