Radar arch brace?

First let me try to explain what I'm trying to do. I have a radar arch, 1.5" OD. I want to put a 1" SS tubing brace on each side; 45 deg; to the hand rail for some added support. The problem I'm having is I don't know/can't find a fitting that will connect the 1" to the 1.5". Any help and links will be greatly welcome.

Pictures would help. I assume your arch 'racks' a bit side-to-side thus you want the bracing. Look at the attached - you could screw the 'feet' to the 1-1/2" tubing and use the 7/8" fittings for the brace.
