Pre Commisioned Gerald Ford - CVN US Navy

Here is a USN photo of the Pre Commissioned Gerald Ford - note that the builders have marked the forward sections, a few waterlines, and even a few buttock lines.

I guess they want to see if it floats where it should.

I see two squinted eyes, a nose, and a tongue that says dont mess with me!

Nice picture

We have all seen the picture of the Fords propellers... My son is on the Stennis currently in dry dock. They have a FB page were they show various stages of the rebuild. I have asked for pictures of the stern and told they were classified. My son is in security and tells me the screws were covered in tarps until they were removed and that ALL photography was prohibited.

PS I have been on the Stennis for 2 five day cruises. The ship is huge and will wear you out chasing a 25 YO kid up and down the decks. FYI, just the conning tower is 7 stories tall.
