Linda and Mike are New Zealanders based in Red Beach north of Auckland we are both 66 years old semi retired and veterans of many years sailing in the pacific Australia and Asia. We are building a 15M displacement power cat which will launch about February 2018 we will have around a 2000 mile range, cruising at 10 knots. Our intention is to head for the West coast of Canada via Guam Japan and Alaska and places in between. Being social people we would like to talk to like minded people on either sail or power boats with the goal of travelling together, we don’t need or want to be joined at the hip but would enjoy rendezvous along the way and to be able to compare notes and cruising knowledge.
