Yes, when submitting a reply or new thread click on "go advanced" and then "manage attachments." Then you select each photo one at a time using "chose file.". Then press Upload. After uploading close the upload window and submit. I suggest resizing to 960X720 or similar before uploading.

Seems to be quite common with phones & Pads, I just downloaded it and rotated it on a computer. Beautiful photo!
