As the title says really.....

In one word, what made you choose your boat over all the rest you saw, well, OK then it may take more than one word...!!!

Boat choice

Creature comforts and mechanical dependability.

The queen bed is nice too.

One word? Is this the humor column? Small enough to maintain myself, cheap enough to operate on my budget, small enough to single hand, sturdy enough to take what the weather dishes out, comfortable enough to stay on for extended periods of time. Is that one word? Just checkin' :)

'Beauty'...like marrying a gorgeous woman...with issues...

Engine access , plenty outdoor hardtop shaded area . One level no climbing.A good platform to make major improvements and test our repair skills .

One word Boredom !

one word? Love!

WOW!!!

This is what the Admiral and I said out loud to each other when we looked at our boat.

Safe!

Flexible

It needed to meet modest cruising and serious fishing requirements for the SF Bay and CA Delta. I needed a boat to support the two of us on local cruises and fishing trips for up to 4 guys with the ability to walk completely around the boat with fishing rod in hand. So far, so good!!

"Compatible" with a, the way we boat
b, where we boat
c, the performance I expect from a boat
d, what I expect a boat to look like

Utility.

Did it meet the requirements we had established when starting the search.

Comfortable!

Quality.
As I checked it out I was impressed with the quality of the components and workmanship.
I felt as though I was on a true "little ship"

RNL-you beat me to it! I could only add.. "At first sight" and every sight thereafter!

Maintained Durability, Comfort, Condition, Build-Quality - - > FUN!!!

Affordable...(and what we had been looking for for quite a long time).
