Onan MDKBH 5 KW Generator

Trying to figure out why there is a 20a circuit breaker on this unit when it is capable of producing 41 amps?

I am constantly tripping the breaker and would like to get a little more out of the genny.

As you can tell, I have limited knowledge, but always hire the people qualified to do these types of things.

Is it a two pole 20a breaker? If so are both poles in use? If wired for 120v, and only one of two poles connected, yep it will trip.

Post a pic of the breaker, from both front and back if you can.
