I dont know if any of you follow Marty Zoffinger or Michael Steen on youtube?


They have an interesting, low cost approach to cruising: Buy an inexpensive older boat (1980s), modified V hull, get her running, then slow cruise intracoastal bays, inlets, etc. at 6 to 8 knots. Have a great time along the way!


Brings back memories of when I had no money and was doing this kind of thing on Lake Michigan on our 33 ft. Chris Craft Cavalier!
