I got one from Portland, at an Annapolis boat show. It's very comfy. I had to configured as his/hers sides for the amount of softness. I've got a bad back and this one is actually quite comfortable to sleep upon (and that's no small feat).

But their customer service process was uneven.. at best. I don't know that I'd recommend them because of that. YMMV, of course.

We get all ours from selectabed. However, there are local mattress manufacturers in most areas who are glad to do custom for you at a non-custom price.
