Thumbs up Counter Offer Accepted-Buying a big boat!

I saw my other thread and the title didn't really say what was going on. So our counter offer has been accpted and we are in the process of getting it surveyed. Hope to take delivery aound the middle of next month. Here is the new Alaskan Sea-Duction!

Looks nice. Aft cabin, sun deck, and cockpit for fishing, boarding, etc. I'm envious.
