I would want to check the refrigerant used in the unit you are considering against environmental regulations. Should your new unit need a re-charge at some point, will the refrigerant available? Likely it will be, but it might be wise to talk to an expert or surf the internet to see if the refrigerant is in any type of phase-out situation.
