I have one of my 4 Marine Air controls that is the original knob style. I noticed the metal face plate was warm so had a look underneath. Barely escaped a fire as the short jumper wire on the temp control was melted and the box itself looks scorched! Alarming to say the least. Does anyone have any insight as to what would cause this? I’ll post pics if I can figure out how.
