Macerator

I just bought a replacement Jabsco pump for the water pump/macerator on the head. It comes with a very skinny O ring that won't stay put when the pump is installed. What product should I use to make the connection water tight. Thanks.

How about some grease to hold the o-ring in place while you install the pump?

Thanks everyone. I called Paul and he told me that silicon grease was the answer. Petroleum jelly could cause the O ring to distort. Problem solved!
