If I read your 1st post correctly your problems started when you installed the new inverter charger. This would suggest the install created an issue or the MV is defective. Resist the advice to add an IT or similar and do the necessary trouble shooting as suggested.
Some years ago we installed an inverter bypass switch. At some point you may want to do the same but at this point either the install or new MV seem high on the suspect list.
