It was moved to the "Off the Deep End" board. Look under Florida possible new rules.

The last time I lost a Florida thread it involved cut-off blue jeans and Key West. I suppose that is a different story for a different place.

The posted link makes the legislation look reasonable, except the 300' rule. I do not choose to anchor any closer to a residence than that under ideal circumstances. But 300' on one side 300' in a 650' ditch puts you in the middle....hummmm,.

Mule I agree actually seems more reasonable then started but we need to keep a eye on them

I feel your pain bro...in FL now, Tx before. Difference is, in TX, close eye or not, the powers just do what they want regardless. FL close eye seems to work.
