If you think it’s hard to decipher Fred here, you should read his old posts on the T&T unformatted plain text mailing list.

Even if you disagree with Freds’ advice, as I often do, I believe his heart is in the right place,

He really does want to help fellow boaters. And often he is right.

Also remember this - as Tom Wolfe says in the book “The Right Stuff” he has faced that “cold gray slab of steel that all naval aviators face.” I could never have done that.

I realize this thread is in fun, and that no harm is meant. Just sayin’.

"chop chop " a low cost inverter that will do most everything but run large induction motors.

Not for air cond , many water makers or scuba compressors.

"home cheapo" the local big box store with 1/2 the prices of worst marine

Oh, come on I am not that hard to figure out, or maybe its mi pour gramar speling tht hsa U conphused?

I understand FF just fine, no problem. Like most things/topics you have to learn the lingo/terminology. If they don’t understand they should ask?
