Legalized pot and commercial marine workers - new rules

As most of you know Canada legalized pot and as a result according to Western Mariner "The Magazine of the Coast," (West Coast) Work SafeBC has new Regs for commercial fisherman coming into effect.

Now while on the job, those in commercial fishing will be required to wear a PFD at all times when out on the deck.

And rules for pot smoking. Logically you can't smoke pot while working or not working on a vessel. But what I found interesting, you can't smoke pot for up to two hours after you have left the vessel. This is to prevent guys from smoking up as soon as they leave to mask the stuff they had while on board.
