Leaking Windows

I have a Gulf Star 36 and the gasket materials in the salon window frames need to be replaced. It looks like two tracks of felt with a wire backing that fits into a U shaped channel allowing the windows to slide back and forth in the felt tracks. I can't find anyone who sells the materials. Any ideas?

Also, I think one of the frames needs to be re-bedded. Has anyone taken that job on before?

So far as bedding or re-glazing fixed windows.... on our Gulfstar 44 MC, I used SikaFlex 295UV.... it does not chalk or waste away like butyl rubber, and is easy to work with.
