How Many Holding Tanks Is This?

What amazes me is that a million gallons of spill last year is seen as an improvement!

Assuming a 50 gallon tank, that would be 20,000 pump-outs.

Three years ago Pinellas County dumped nearly 200 million gallons of sewage into Tampa Bay. That would equal 4,000,000 pumpouts.
